Sharon says she is embarrassed at how funny she thinks this is. One laughing baby is enough to bring a smile to my face. However, four laughing babies make me laugh out loud with them. Enjoy.

I didn’t know this guy went to Carnegie Mellon. Not sure his association with the University brings it much credit or make a case for the quality of education they offer, but they are doing their best to put a positive spin on him “Ralston credits the university with helping him in the canyon. “The analytical and rational problem-solving I honed at Carnegie Mellon played a major role in helping me get out of there,”. They’ve completely left out the part about his inability to assess risks properly. I grew up exploring canyons like this in S. Utah and I feel completely justified asking, who goes into a canyon in the middle of the desert alone?
It’s great he survived and lived to tell the tale, but I don’t share the view of his story being ‘inspirational’, or really like the fact that he is imparting his ‘wisdom’ to graduates, but I guess as long as it is a ‘good teaching moment’ not to be stupid everything will work out.
Canyon Swinglining in Utah - CollegeHumor video; I’ve done some crazy fun things in the Southern Utah desert, but I don’t know that I would have the stomach for this….maybe 5 years ago, but not today.
